How to Make a Donation

•Make all checks payable to BIMI. Write "Jon Crews" Acct #1306" on the For line of the check.
•Mail check to: BIMI, PO Box 9215, Chattanooga, TN 37412
•A receipt and envelope will be mailed to you from BIMI.
•If sending frequent support (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.),

use the provided envelope and the top portion of your receipt from BIMI when mailing future checks.

Make sure the BIMI address is visible in the envelope window.
•After your initial donation, you will be given a donor number. Please write this number on the top left hand corner of future checks for faster processing.
•Check receipts for accuracy. If you believe an error has occurred, contact the Accounts Receivable office at BIMI. 423•344•5050.
